Buying a hdb unit under joint ownership. What if one of them has passed on and I plan to buy that unit. What is procedure before I could buy that unit and how long would it take?

Morning,

You have indicated that you are buying a unit under joint tenancy. You meant that you have exercised the OTP but yet to complete the S&P? Or are you looking at buying one when the unfortunate took place?
