If so, then it will be a fair comparison worth exploring as you have 2 certain options to go for. Assuming this is the case, I would recommend the EC option as it provides higher capital appreciation potential and condo lifestyle at an affordable price point. Further, you will still receive 1st timer grants if your monthly income is 12k & below. Your competition when it comes to any potential resale in the future is also less competitive (as there will be various Bidadari units reaching 5 year MOP like your unit versus private properties competition in the Hundred Palms vicinity).
Have you reviewed the Hundred Palms showflat? There are various pros going for the EC option (versus BTO) which I be happy to share more over a short discussion at the showflat.
