Are you taking engaging private law firm or hdb conveyancing for the purchase? And using cash first to pay? It will differ a bit depending on which conveyancing you use.

Hi, For the purchase of an HDB flat, the stamp duty shall be payable within 14 days from HDB's letter of in-principle approval. Also , You have 14 days to pay your BSD, from the date of the execution of the sale.
