Basic is around 3k2 with the commission for the past 6 months annually is 6.5k$ gross, how much loan can I get for an HDB loan?
Would they base on just a basic loan and in order to get a higher loan amount, do I need to change jobs?
If there any other way to get a higher loan amount without changing jobs or adding more CPF contributions myself?

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my client's portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

Hi,

The most accurate answer will be to apply for a HLE through HDB website.
It is free and non-obligatory to buy.

If you need further assistance, Pls contact me at 9754 5207  or wa.me/6597545207.

Thanks!

Hi,

1) There are fixed and variable incomes in your descriptions, thus it is difficult for me to provide an estimation of your possible loan.
2) It is advisable to submit your HLE application to get an accurate figure. You may submit your application via this link:
https://iam.hdb.gov.sg/common/login?spcptracking=1668998553723__8fdb_4045482a0afe

3) The only way to increase your HDB loan is to get a higher fixed income vs variable income. As variable income will suffer from a 30% haircut in mortgage loan calculation.
4) Adding more CPF contributions does not change the calculation component in MSR calculation.
5) The calculation components in MSR calculation are:
(a) Age
(b) Fixed income
(c) Variable income such as allowance, bonus, overtime, etc.

Please give me a thumbs-up if the answer provided is relevant to your main concern. Thanks!!!

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.
