Landed properties usually do not have facilities and are away from the crowd usually. But you definately have the serenity and space whereelse Condo properties come with facilities and near mrt usually. In terms of rental investment and awaiting capital gain i believe condos do have a edge over landed properties in short terms of 1-5yrs.
