Assume I am PR as my wife is a Singaporean. Do I have to pay stamp duty? How much is the monthly maintenance fee for condo? Is there any new hdb or ec close proximity to middle + southern of singapore?

Stamp duty payable will be 3%. And yes, there is an EC of your preferred location.
