Hi,

For PR-PR households, whether they buy HDB first or condo first, they have to sell away their private property. They can't keep both. Pls also note that SPRs applicants for resale HDB must be legally married and hold SPR status for 3 years at least to be eligible.

Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.

Warm regards

Good afternoon buyer,

Do take note that you have to sell off your condo within 6 months from resale HDB purchase's completion date.

If your household is SPR, both SPR must fulfil status of 3 years respectively before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB.

Unless your household has at least one Singapore then you can hold on to HDB and purchase a private property. In this way, you will be able to own 2 properties.

Hope my explanation helps!

Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance or advice in your property purchase. Cheers!
