As i know 3% Buyer Stamp Duty can be reimburse back from CPF, but how long it take time? And anyway we can use CPF to pay this 3% Buyer Stamp Duty without paying any cash in advanced and reimburse back from CPF later? Would it possible to withdraw out the CPF money or use to pay the 3% Buyer Stamp Duty within 14 days from OTP?

    I am just checking the info to see anyway for me to bring out lesser cash when purchase as the amount of cash on hand can affect my timing of looking for a unit either earlier or later. I am a SPR targeting for Resale Private Property estimated 6 mths later.
