Are there freehold condos available for 500 psf now? I wanted to see how much have the condos appreciated over the last few years, and since this is such a big purchase, at what levels can you be confident that you will not loose equity if you hold it for longer. From a 5 years perpective, which condos will you say have the most upside? Thanks
