Dear potential buyer,

What are the requirements you need in terms of location, number of bedrooms, size of unit and available budget to work on?

Can I assume that as long as the unit does not have any balcony or planter, you will definitely buy? To be honest with you, new projects nowadays tend to come with balcony or planter, therefore if this is your major concern in your purchase, I have 1 unit in an old project without any planter or balcony.

No 1 unit fits all requirements of a buyer unless you are the one building the unit. My advise is that as long as price and layout of the unit fits your requirement as well as its location, it is considered a good buy.

Not sure of what do you think of my opinion but just my 2 cents worth of opinion.

I dont want to spend 300k (assuming 150 sq ft of balcony space x $2000 psf) on a balcony as that is not liveable space. But I also want a new condo and am having difficulty finding a new condo without a 'stupid" balcony. I dont want an old condo as that is what I am in today
