Hi Mr. Allan,

1) According to the master plan at Lentor Villas, the plot ratio is 1.6. Meaning you may build up to 3.5 storeys of 15.5m.
2) You may consult the architect on the possibility of structural modification.
3) There are certain guidelines from URA to follow for terrace/semi-detached houses structural building. The architect will be well versed and able to assist in submitting an A&A applications to authorities for approval.
