Are Australian residents allowed to purchase property in Singapore?

Good afternoon! Foreigners are eligible to purchase residential property such as condominium and apartments. But do bear in mind that you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty (of purchase price) on top of usual buyer's stamp duty of close to 3%.
