Good morning HDB owner,

Do take note that to be eligible to purchase a private residential property as a HDB owner in Singapore, you must first fulfil minimum occupation of 5 years.

Have you?

If not, you might have to wait till you fulfil your MOP first or you can consider to invest in commercial or industrial property.
