Any opinion or advice on buying a house (landed) situated right beside a power station? What are the pros and cons?

Afternoon,

Many buyers for landed property will be concern about fengshui, ability to sell in future and possible growth. For the purpose of purchase, you may be able to buy at low price. But given it's location, how many people will want to rent from you or buy from you in the future? Unless you know something more about the possible future development on that particular plot of land.
