Any HDB selling now at Upp Boon Keng Rd?
looking to buy a 80-90 square meters HDB (Such as Block 2A, 3B and etc)? What's the price range?

Hi,

For a 90sqm unit for the blocks 3B, 2A you are referring to, it could be around 600-650K by using previous transactions as a guide. It also depends on block, floor and unit condition. Thanks and may I have the opportunity to assist further?
