I'm sure you refer to Costa Rhu right?
I work exclusively on Costa Rhu only. I can tell you that besides Costa Rhu, only Pebble bay offers the almost similar view unlike the rest. Only this two properties are really located beside the river.
If you notice the charts for transactions in Costa Rhu/Pebble bay as compared to the other properties in D15 (Bayshore/Amber) area during the uptrend period. You'll notice buyers during that period are still making a lot of money from their sales. It adds up evenly in-terms of appreciation since then.
There's still alot of room for appreciation in Costa Rhu. Why?
1: Gardens by the Bay up soon!
2: Only property with bay view + stadium view
3: Pedestrian bridge linking up to city on the way
4: Beside the river with permanent unblocked view
All this points to a great appreciation in the future for Costa Rhu and even Pebble bay as well. It's also very ideal for home-stay. You should take a couple of looks at unit there and you'll see what i mean.
