Any chances of getting a small landed property freehold/999 at below 1.3m?

Hi Darren
Is abit tough to get a landed property with freehold or 999 tenure. However there are condos that are freehold or 999 within your targeted price. Will be great for investment and have great future potential.

Hi Darren,
The possibility is almost zero unless you meet a super urgent seller who needs to cash out very badly for his or her landed home. Just look at Pinnacle @ Duxton which is a HDB and has alreadynclocked above $1m, let alone a freehold or 999years leasehold landed home.
If you are comfortable to stretch a little upwards to about $1.8m, I maybe able to try to secure for you a unit.
