Any agent who has sold Regent Heights condo before personally, have faith in the project and willing to accept 1-1.5% commission to sell my unit? (only agents who have sold a unit in Regent Heights before need reply. Thanks)

This is very interesting, you are looking out for a professional with a track record and can value add to the sales process but you are unwilling to pay the 2% commission plus GST?

This is an open market, I am sure there will be someone out there dying for business willing to take on such assignments.

    An agent who knows Regent Heights well and had sold units there before won't need 2% commission to market the project coz he had already done all the homework needed for his previous transaction(s). It is only agents who have to start marketing the project from scratch who need to do a lot of work, which is perhaps why you are asking for 2%. Some agents like yourself would probably snuff at a $10-15k commission to sell a unit, but I believe that is a fair remuneration to pay for work done to sell my unit.
