Am interested to look for a unit in Mi casa. 3+1 or 4 bedrooms. Mid-floor to high floor. Does not have to be pool view, would prefer park view. Heard that there will be an EC coming out besides Mi Casa. How would it affect Mi Casa price.

Hi the price of Mi Casa can be affected positively or negatively depending on the upcoming EC's price and the market condition. In a stable market, the newer condo's price probably will affect the nearby properties' price positively. Read More
