Am I allowed to buy a resale flat as an investment although I'm currently staying in a HDB mansionette?

Evening,
Every single SC or married couple are only allowed to own one HDB unit. EM is also considered as HDB unit, thus it' not possible. However, if you have fulfilled your MOP and have good income and credit record, you might want to consider buying private property.
