All sir/madam,

I have seen agents having to market 5-8 units in one condo with a few units on hand.

How trust worthy is the type of agent ? I am not sure and confused. What sort of agents can I have as a prelim conclusion ?

I am seeking constructive inputs/comments to my worried and curiousity and not just a statement " just me a mail".

Hi AMK,

My advise for all my clients are always to engage an agent who you feel comfortable with to assist you in your needs. This agent should be able to provide proper reporting back to you with regards to responses in marketing your unit and trends at regular intervals.

That said, an agent who has multiple units in a project for sale has pros and cons and as an owner, I understand what your concerns are. Engaging an agent who has multiple units in the project will also equates to the agent having sound knowledge of the project and able to advise on the latest information pertaining to the project, however, you do not get all the attention you may crave for in marketing your unit as there is 'direct competition' against your unit and you will feel that your interest is not protected.

Should you require any assistance in markeing your unit, feel free to contact me through my mobile at +65-81577565  or email me at lim.geryl@yahoo.com.sg.
