Agents say there are no 3BR at Arris, but when i view floorplans and historical transactions there shows the big size? Floorplan D1 and D2. Does the 3BR actually exist?

Only D1 Type 3Bedroom which is 1,335sqft.
it will be #02-01.

Or D2 Type 3bedroom which is 1464sgft
It will be #09-05.

Only this 2 units hence you will be unlikely to see it in the market other than this 2 units.
