After the new rule, generally how much is the COV? Any idea?

Dear Weikang, After the implementation of the latest procedures, we are not exactly hearing about COV these days unless the buyer is willing to pay a higher price to purchase in comparison to recently transacted prices in the area. As valuation can only be done after a buyer makes a successful offer for a unit, the tendency of such buyers paying way above the recent transactions is much lower therefore COV is effectively almost not in place.
