Afternoon Mrs. Heng,

A 4 bedroom HDB unit would be EA or EM. This would cost you around $600k plus to nothing more than $800k. A 4 bedroom private property would easily cost you $1.3 mil up, depending on the unit size, location, and facing. If you are comfortable with the price range, then you might want to consider what you are looking at in life. Quality living or convenient living?
