Firstly, you need to consider which estate you are looking at. Second would be the amentities and convenience. Third, being PR, if lift upgrading is not an issue, you would have saved a sum of money. Fourth, renovation and condition of the unit which may matches your taste. Last, your financial ability.
You are the buyer who knows your requirement better as I believe you didn't engage any salesperson to assist you. Work it out and you tell me the answers.
