3BR: In construction or new developments within 15 minutes of CBD?

We are looking for a 3-bedroom apartment / condo / HDB that is still under construction or launched recently.

We need a maids room as well.

Our criteria is that it should be close to the MRT now or in the next few years.

Size preference - 1000-1800 square feet
Budget - $1.2mm to $1.6mm
