Hi Terrence,

You may wish to make adjustments accordingly, unless your unit is a well renovated and fully furnished unit because from my understanding, neighbouring project which just TOP at Vibes @ East Coast has just been renting out for about $2100 a month for a partially furnished unit at about 400sqf range. The unit which I am marketing at Vibes is looking for $2200 as well.
