Maybe you can share more information with me so I will be in a better position to advise you.
And of course if you can afford to wait and doesn't mind the waiting period, you should go for BTO because it's cheaper than resale HDB.
If not, you should go for resale HDB. You will be in a better position to purchase your desired unit unlike BTO, you have to ballot and choose the balance units.
