You can get loan for nothing more than age of 65. However, if you the loan tenure to be longer, different interest rates apply and it's subjected to approval.
Withdrawal of CPF monies for monthly mortgage payment if the property is purchased after the age of 55 is limited.
Financial institution works based on your credit record and status. Hence it would be good to have that worked out accordingly.
