The HDB BTO June 2024 launch has launched! 6,938 BTO flats across six estates – Jurong East, Kallang/Whampoa, Queenstown, Tampines, Woodlands, and Yishun – are up for grabs.
Out of the six HDB BTO June 2024 projects, the Tanjong Rhu Riverfront I & II Kallang/Whampoa and Holland Vista Queenstown HDB BTO June 2024 projects are launched under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. BTO flats launched under the PLH model have stricter HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) guidelines, including a 10-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).

- Effective 2024, the number of yearly BTO launches will be reduced from four to three, usually in February, June, and October
- HDB plans to launch about 19,600 BTO flats in 2024, down from 22,780 in 2023
- Following the National Day Rally 2023 speech, the HDB BTO June 2024 launch will be the last BTO launch where mature and non-mature estate categories are used
- Starting from H2 2024, newly launched BTO flats will also be classified as Standard, Plus, or Prime
