PropertyGuru Agent Awards 2026: Meet the 36 Agents Recognised for Excellence

Helping someone buy, sell or rent a home takes more than bringing a transaction to a close. It takes understanding what matters to them, offering thoughtful guidance and navigating important decisions alongside them. The PropertyGuru Agent Awards was created to celebrate the agents behind that work.

On 3 November 2026, we gathered at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for the second annual PropertyGuru Agent Awards, recognising 36 awardees whose achievements reflect the different ways they contributed to their clients’ property journeys.

From a community of 16,000 active agents on PropertyGuru, 118 agents were nominated and 36 were recognised at the 2026 awards.

Across the performance awards, we assessed how agents brought homes to market, connected listings with buyers and renters, and delivered results, alongside verified client feedback. From Agent of the Year to Region Champion, each award highlights a different strength.

Two new award categories were also added to broaden the recognition and more importantly celebrate qualities beyond individual performance results.

Agent’s Choice brings the perspective of fellow agents, who voted from a shortlist put forward by agency leaders. Working in the same industry, they understand the judgement, commitment and tenancity the role demands. Their votes recognise the professionalism, integrity, and positive influence the awardees had on the industry.

Everyone Welcome recognises agents whose rental listings are consistently open to renters from all backgrounds, putting inclusivity into practice and helping more people find a place to call home.

Together, these awards celebrate both what agents achieve and how they go about their work.

Our highest honour recognises an agent who consistently excels in PropertyGuru platform activity, client trust and transaction results.

Awarded to agents whose skillful use of PropertyGuru’s tools help listings stand out and reach home seekers.

Awarded to agents whose strong presence and consistent transactions make them trusted by home seekers and sellers in their region.

Awarded to emerging agents making a strong early mark in their careers through growth and transaction results.

Awarded to agents voted by their peers for professionalism, integrity and positive influence on the industry.

Awarded to agents who champion inclusivity, building trust with clients from all walks of life.

Awarded to agents named finalists in at least two award categories this year, proving strength across multiple areas.
