1) Near to Bishan MRT station and the Central Expressway (CTE)
Bishan is right in the heart of Singapore (geographically, at least), and these new BTO flats are right in the heart of Bishan. Location-wise, this makes this particular Bishan BTO launch very attractive.
Bishan MRT Station will be only 500 metres away from the November 2020 BTO flats, serving as an interchange for the North-South Line (NSL) and Circle Line (CCL). Orchard Road is only five 5 stops away from Bishan MRT, and it takes just 30 minutes to get to the CBD.
For drivers, the BTO flats are a 5-minute drive to the Central Expressway (CTE)
Apart from providing convenient access to the CBD and Orchard, the CTE will also link residents to the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), the Seletar Expressway (SLE), and the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
2) Kallang River, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and more scenic spots to unwind
For those who appreciate nature and greenery as much as the convenience of nearby transport, sports and recreational amenities, fret not: there are many scenic spots where future residents can unwind as well.
If you’re looking to escape unwind from the hustle and bustle of busy Bishan, you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the Kallang River, which will be almost right at your doorstep.
Venture along the Kallang River for about 700 metres and you’ll find yourself at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, a dog-friendly park filled with great food and family activities.
3) Many sports amenities and popular schools in the area
- Bishan ActiveSG Stadium, Bishan Sports Hall, and Bishan Swimming Complex
- Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls’ Secondary and Raffles Junior College

November 2020 Bishan BTO Review (Bishan Ridges)
1,522 BTO flats will be launched, which is considered a generous supply for high number for a BTO project. That said, competition for the Bishan BTO flats is still expected to be stiff.
After all, we’re talking about a BTO project that’s
- in a prime estate in Singapore
- among the first few launches in the estate after 14 years
- close to the MRT and key amenities
- near to many popular schools
Competition aside, you can expect to pay a hefty premium for these flats even if you do get lucky!
