102 Condos Near MRT Stations (Circle Line, CCL): Prices, TOP Dates, and More in Singapore
Did you know that proposals for the Circle Line (CCL) began in the 1990s? As its name suggests, CCL is a circular rail line linking the North-South (NSL), East-West (EWL) and North East Lines (NEL) to the city.
There are many notable stations on the CCL, such as the Bishan MRT interchange station where commuters can switch trains to the NSL, and the Bayfront MRT interchange which is known for Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Because the CCL intersects with many other MRT lines, residents living near the circle line have easy access to almost all corners of Singapore. It’s easy to get to the city and even Changi Airport.
The CCL will be a complete circle in 2025, comprising three stations connecting HarbourFront to Marina Bay.
Now, if you’re looking for a new home and are wondering which are the nearest condos near the circle line, then we got you covered.
Living near the MRT stations definitely has its perks. Aside from the hyper convenience, homes near MRT stations typically enjoy an uplift in value. They fetch higher prices when sold, and are easier to rent out. Condo resale prices have been steadily increasing, and this would be even more significant for highly covetable properties like those within walking distance of an MRT station.
Without further ado, here’s a complete list of condos near popular stations on the circle line; they are a 10-minute walk or 1km of the mentioned stations.
