12 Condos Within Walking Distance to Existing TEL Interchange MRT Stations

The TEL line intends to increase accessibility to the city by bringing those living in the east and along the North-South corridor closer to a train station. Currently, the stations that are operational are Woodlands North, Woodlands, Woodlands South, Springleaf, Lentor, Mayflower, Bright Hill, Upper Thomson, and Caldecott.
Additionally, travelling to Johor Bahru will be made easier and faster from the Woodlands North station. On 14 March 2022, it was announced that the JB-Singapore RTS Link is almost 10% completed. Construction for the 4km long train journey started on 21 January 2021 and is expected to start service by the end of 2026.

Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 3: Condos Near TEL MRT Stations Opening in H2 2022

Did someone say "shorter travelling time to the city centre"? With the new TEL stations, commuters can enjoy a 35-minute trip on the Thomson-East Coast Line from Woodlands South to Orchard as opposed to the current 50-minute trip by bus and MRT.
The upcoming stations that are expected to open in H2 2022 are Stevens, Napier, Orchard Boulevard, Orchard, Great World, Havelock, Outram Park, Maxwell, Shenton Way, Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay.
Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant and Marina South will be opened to the public once the housing developments in the area are completed.

Napier Thomson-East Coast Line MRT Station: 19 Nassim, 8 Napier and St. Martin Residence

Havelock Thomson-East Coast Line MRT Station: Riviere, Mirage Tower and Highline Residences

Riviere was one of the best-performing new launch condos in Q2 2022, selling over half of the released units during its launch weekend in June.
Did you know that Havelock MRT station was originally targeted for completion and opening in 2021? Good thing it will finally be open this year.
This MRT station is pretty “ulu” as the number of shopping malls is limited but there are lots of eateries in the area.
The three closest condos are Tribeca by the Waterfront, Riviere and Mirage Tower, which are four to five minutes away from the station. Out of the three condos, Riviere is the most recent condo and will be completed next year.
Tribeca by the Waterfront is located on Kim Seng Road and was completed in 2010, comprising of 175 units. The condominium also has a “Good” Green Score which is a key indicator to help people find their sustainable homes.
Riverie is located on the quieter residential side of Robertson Quay in District 1, so residents won’t have to worry too much about the buzzing nightlife nearby if they don’t like it. Riverie is a luxury residential development with two towers, consisting of 455 units, out of which 80 units have been sold in Q2 2022. Riviere condo has won six awards like Best Luxury Condo Interior Design, Best Smart Building Development and many more.
On the other hand, Mirage Tower is a freehold condominium which is conveniently located at 80 Kim Seng Road. Besides Havelock MRT station, Mirage Tower is also close to Tiong Bahru MRT station. Completed in 1997, this condo is the oldest compared to the rest.

Outram Park Thomson-East Coast Line MRT Station: One Pearl Bank, Sky Everton and Spottiswoode Suites

One Pearl Bank is a luxurious condo which holds over 700 total units. The condominium will be completed in 2023.
Outram Park is well known for having a wide variety of cafés around and for being adjacent to Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Besides SGH, the station is close to The Outram Medical Campus which houses Outram Polyclinic, Singapore National Eye Centre, National Dental Centre, National Heart Centre, the Health Promotion Board and the Health Sciences Authority.
The condos that are close to Outram Park MRT station are limited. Previously known as Pearl Bank Apartments, One Pearl Bank is a private condominium building on Pearl Hill. It holds over 700 units, out of which over 300 units are currently for sale on PropertyGuru. If you are looking to purchase a unit here, expect to take about four minutes, by foot, to Outram Park MRT station.

Maxwell Thomson-East Coast Line MRT Station: Wallich Residence, Skysuites @ Anson and Altez
