Hi Davking,

For condo purchase, cash downpayment of 5% is needed, with the balance 15% downpayment in form of CPF.

You can loan up to a maximum of 80%, subject to your TDSR requirements. Should you not be able to meet 80% loan, you can cover the shortfall in form of CASH or CPF.
