Would like to know if rent a 3 room flat (with 2 bedrooms) how many people can stay. Me and my friends (total 4 people) would like to rent a hdb, are there any rules like only one person per bedroom..etc.

The maximum occupancy cap for a 2 bedroom HDB unit (3 rooms) is 6 pax. For your case, there is no problem in meeting the occupancy requirement(4 pax). Do contact me at 93375051  for a a free and non obligatory consultation in regards to properties.
