Would like to find out. Can seller or buyer deal a private property without agent? What are the procedures to carryout without agent? Thanks

Of course you can .
Transaction of Private property are done through convenyance lawyer.
Both buyer and seller need to enagage a lawyer to draft out a OTP.

This is definitely interesting. Without knowing the procedures of the private property transaction, would you want to risk doing the wrong things and suffer any potential consequences for anything wrong done on your part, which maybe even more costly than engaging an agent to assist.
