Dear sir/madam,

Townhouses are strata titled homes therefore the price per square foot is based on the strata area. It is a considered a hybrid between a landed home and condo, depending if there is any facilities within the development. It is usually a stepping stone for home owners who are looking to upgrade towards a landed home but the price gap from a typical condo and a landed home can be too huge to bridge, therefore they can generate good amount of interest when being put up for sale.
