Hi Rocky,

It largely depends on location, asking rent etc. My personal best was a day and 3 weeks for a unit directly in front of expressway.

Was the appointment exclusive? Exclusive agent usually works harder for the landlord and more willing to spend marketing dollars.

Hi Rocky,

If you have overprice the rental asking, it may take a fair bit of time to secure the right tenants.

However, as you have mentioned that over 2 weeks and yet your agent has not managed to bring up any tenants, you may wish to look at alternative options in engaging other agents.

I had recently rented out a unit in Jurong West which is slightly above market price, and I had managed to secure 3 viewings within a week.

Afternoon Rocky,

Rental should move fast depending on your unit's location, asking price, condition and surrounding. It may take less than a week to around one month with sole listing, not necessary exclusive though.
