Hi owner,

You may do so, however, it seems that you are not sure of the procedures to me through this simple question asked. Why take the risk to run into legal complications for not understanding the procedures to handle the sale by yourself? If your concern is the agent fees involved, simply build in the agent fees into your selling price and allow a qualified salesperson to do the job for you.

Everything can be done, with or without the experienced, guiding you. You can ended with the job well done, being untrained and unexperienced, or you can mess it up.

Under current ruling, you are not required to have a qualified salesperson to assist you. But anyone can cook. Only thing is that to save some expenses, are you actually getting the best of it?
