Would it be ok if i engaged a second property agent to help look for tenants for 2 common rooms?
For context : I have spoken to an agent recommended by a friend earlier this year on helping to look for tenants for the rooms i am looking to rent. The agent has came down to take some pictures of the place, but its been 5months and i have not heard anything from the agent... when i asked them if there were any updates last month, i was told that the market for rental is not great at the moment.
I am unable to find the rental listing on the agent's page or anywhere either, so between that and the lack of updates/responses, i get the feeling that they are not too interested in taking on this rental and am reluctant to contact them for updates anymore... Would it be rude of me to engage another agent to handle this rental instead of pushing for more updates ?
