Would buying a new flat (just MOP) now be a good idea if our plan is to eventually sell the unit and move on? What impact should we expect from the influx of BTOson resale prices 5 years from now when lots of new flats will enter the resale market in Sengkang?

Hi,

If you can reasonably foresee a large supply of resale flats coming up in the market in the vicinity you are buying now, you will be able to estimate the keen competition there as well next time. If your objectives are to stay for 5-8 years and move on, this may not be the most optimal choice.
