wny is sentosa properties not picking up as compared to the mainland ?
when will it reach the last peak ?

Hi Joni, I would say it would still take some time as there are plenty of resale units flooding the market. But we do see the sales of a number of new launch projects including district 9 and 10 are selling very well. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi Joni, Sentosa was created to cater to the lifestyle of high income expats. As the number of these expats have decreased in Singapore, the demand for properties in Sentosa is subdued, hence it will be a while before prices go back to its last peak. Currently there are more value for money properties in Singapore main island. Let me know if you are keen to find out where and what they are. Thank you.
