Wld like to rent out my 1+ 1 condo @ for ideally 4 months, is that possible to get higher rental for shorter term contract? Also how much security deposit will I get? If 4 months is not possible, what is the shortest contracted tenancy?

Hi Mrs Ho,

It is possible as there are some tenants out there who are looking for short tenancy due to ongoing renovation works on their current place, and there are not many landlords open to the idea of short term rental. Nevertheless, I must also highlight that tenants may not undertake a full 4 months tenancy. Typical security deposit payable will be 1 month but as this is a private treaty, it could be negotiable.
