With the recent new rules pertaining to having 40% deposit of down payment for new condo if the buyer owns a HDB flat, can the buyer puts his NOK like his parents name into buying the condo but be a guarantor and paying for the condo? By using this method using the buyer's NOK whom does not own any flat, will the down payment be subjected to be 20% or 40%?
