With the extremely high purchase prices of units in J Gateway and the terrible projected rental yield based on current trend, wouldn't it be a double whammy for the owners of this project? This project is a clear example that following the herd don't always make good investment sense.

    It would be nice to hear the views of some agents on this project. I think many buyers are stuck in the rut on this project.
