With reference to my question:
"I have been trying to sell my house due to a divorce for over 2 years. Unfortunately we could not get an ideal price. Rather than waiting, we may consider selling at a lost. But in the event if the proceed is unable to pay back CPF + interest after paying bank loan, is it possible to get a concession from CPF to pay back a lower amount without the need to top up in cash?"
Will I be able to pay off the agent commission and legal fees from the sales proceed before refunding the rest to CPF? If not this could be even worst then topping up CPF in cash!
