On a realistic note, I would say somewhere in the range of $4.2k will be good. Listed in propertyguru, there are 79 listings available for rent with the majority of them 3 bedrooms, with prices calling from $4.4k negotiable upwards to the range of mid $5k.
Without looking at your unit, I do not wish to over or under quote you in terms of the rental amount you can look for.
