Hi Alex,

You can appoint an agent to handle the sale and request the law firm to courier the legal docs to you for signing.

If not, you can appoint a power of attorney in Singapore to grant him legal rights to handle the paperwork for sale.

You need not be present in Singapore to sell your Singapore property.

But the legal documents couriered over would have to be signed and witnessed by a notary public member in the country where you will be residing.

Similar to the cases that I have handled, you will need to work closely with the agent which you have assigned and remain
contactable. Certain legal documents can be courier over to your side and signed in the presence of Notary Public. Having a Power of Attorney will also help to put things to speed.
