HKD $25k is relatively healthy budget for rental if you are alone and looking for single room or studio units and these units can be located in central Singapore where you are close to the commercial belt. If you have more occupants staying together with you, it would be great to know more in details if you wish to stay nearer to your office or any particular location prior to advising the types of accomodation that you are likely be eligible for based on the budget you have given.
